The Cottage was once a granary on an old farm complex going back to the early 1800s. The farm and hamlet was called Tre-Arthur, in fact it is where Trearddur Bay derived its name from in the late 1800s, Trearddur was previously called Towyn Capel or ‘Chapel in the Sand Dunes’.

CHECK-IN

This is from 15.00 Hrs / 3.00 pm on the arrival day booked. We may be a little flexible on this, provided that there are no departures from the night prior. Please check with us within a few days of your arrival date and when possible we will be happy to oblige.

CHECK-OUT

This is by 10.00 Hrs / 10.00 am on the departure day booked. We can be a little flexible on this, provided that there are no imminent new arrivals. Please check with us and when possible we will be happy to oblige.

We respectfully request that all outstanding balances are settled at least six weeks prior to your arrival date. Failure to settle the balance may put your reservation at risk.

There is ample parking to the front of the cottage (gravel area ).

You also have access to storage space, number 6, ideal for storing bicycles, beach equipment, fishing, diving, golf equipment and drying wet suits. The high chair and a travel cot are also stored in the storage unit.

We are happy for 2 well behaved dogs to stay at our cottage. As you can see we are surrounded by fields of sheep so please ensure your dogs do not chase them. The garden, although fenced, is not completely closed in so be sure your dog does not stray or is kept on a lead if there is a risk of them running off. We ask that dogs remain downstairs and do not sit on the furniture. Please ensure that you pick up after your dogs and dispose of it appropriately. There is an additional charge of £10.00 per dog, per stay.

The house has central heating and constant hot water. There is also a Wood Burning (only) log fire.

There is a WiFi booster in the cottage and USB ports are available in sockets throughout. The Wi-Fi code is located within the information pack.

The kitchen equipment; microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer, oven, hob should be easy to use but the appliance information is within this folder should you need it.
